Paddy Lennox, who not only does a great job rousing the audience but whose gentle Irish lilt belies a mischievous sense of humour. Comedy the way it should be: a laugh-a-minute which leaves the audience wishing the show was just a little bit longer. Fest Mag****
Canadian born comic Allyson June Smith has received multiple nominations for Best Female Stand-up at the Canadian Comedy Awards, has taped her own hour long Comedy Now special and and has appeared at high profile festivals across the world, including Just For Laughs Montreal and Edinburgh.
“Simply one of the funniest comedians I’ve ever worked with,” praised Jason Manford, following a string of support dates. Now settled in the city of Manchester, she tours comedy clubs all over the UK, Europe and the World. There is an intimacy, an uncommon bond between audience and performer that is at the heart of Allyson’s magic as a comedian and has her in high demand as tour support for some of the comedy circuits greatest A-listers, Katherine Ryan, Stewart Francis, and Jason Manford. You can also hear Allyson every Wednesday on her pod cast WTB (Women Talking Bollocks)
Stephen Grant is a multi-award winning MC and the resident compere at Krater Comedy Club in Brighton. He performs at clubs and corporate events all over the UK and on the international circuit and has taken six critically acclaimed shows to the Edinburgh Fringe since 2003.
“Brilliant” The Scotsman
A repeat award winner of Best UK Compere, Stephen Grant is one of the hardest working comedy performers and writers in the UK. He is the host of the Krater Comedy Club at Komedia, which has won Best Comedy Venue in the South for an unprecedented amount of times and is a regular headliner at The Comedy Store in Leicester Square.
Troy Hawke is an erudite homeschooled 1930's throwback...the Errol Flynn of the high street. Educated, sophisticated, but utterly clueless. He tackles modern issues head on in his uniquely untimely manner.
'undeniably funny' (Chortle)
'mad comic genius' (The Scotsman)
'Near perfect character comedy' (The New Current)
