April 24th brings a brand new comedy night to Juniper place Cardiff! So join us for a full professional line-up of hilarious stand-up comedy!As always we have TWO headline acts on one night!Our acts are as follows…Our first headliner is -LOVDEV BARPAGANot only is Lovdev a comedian, he also became a breakfast show presenter on FreeRadio in Birmingham.  Lovdev also has started his own podcast called “Crazy Little Thing Called Lovdev”, you can catch it on all major podcast services like Google, Itunes, Spotify and other popular services. As well as performing Comedy for over 10 years he’s known to well crafted old school style one liners and puns his delivery and material are always spot on, easily suitable for venues who prefer a more clean and subtle act.His was crowned as the UK Pun Champion at Leicester Comedy festival in 2017. Our middle act for the night is - SARAH BRIDGEMANSarah is a homegrown South Wales talent, a like-able next-door neighbour figure, with a bit of bite. She talks about her lodger Troy, her failure to get dates and her frustration over her inability to lose weight. She uses observational stories with whimsy perked up with her own special ukulele playing skills.Sarah creates a warm, friendly atmosphere, has solid and dependable one liners along with longer stories that are utterly relate-able,‘I laughed from the minute you got on stage to the minute you left, really funny’ – Minehead audience member.Our Second Headliner is -DANA ALEXANDERDana draws her material from raw life experience with an original and hilarious outlook.She began her comedy career at the age of 18 years old in Canada. Before long she began touring nationally with Yuk Yuk's Comedy Clubs, completed 5 television galas and several radio spots for major stations.In 2011 Dana moved to the U.K. where she premiered her solo hour at The Edinburgh Festival for which she received rave reviews and nominations including "Best Comic" and "Best International Act" from Chortle and Black Comedy Awards.It was not long before she then featured on British television on programmes such as "Russell Howard's Good News", "Edinburgh Comedy Fest" and "The Culture Show".Her solo comedy special also aired in Canada's popular Stand-up show "Comedy Now" and she has been named in the Top 10 Comedians 3 years running by NOW Magazine in Canada.Dana can be seen on stage within in the U.K. and Internationally.She has performed in more than 40 countries such as Bahrain, Dubai, Switzerland, Croatia, France, The Netherlands, Norway, Serbia, The Seychelles, Hungary, Malta and South Africa.AND will be hosted by our very own resident MC -STEFFAN ALUN!Doors open at 6.30pm,Show starts 7pm.£10 per ticket (including a gin cocktail!)
