Get ready for a night packed with laughter at The Aviary! Join us on Thursday, 29th October at 8 PM for an incredible evening featuring some of the UK's top comedy acts.
Headliner: Ashley Frieze
Ashley Frieze has been performing on the UK comedy circuit since 2003. He's a warm, quick-witted MC, and a barnstorming featured act. His particular brand of comic songs, and music-infused stand-up has something for every audience, spanning many genres from Jazz through to Coldplay.
Ashley has something for most audiences. Intelligent, geeky, silly, and occasionally naughty, he's playful but never rude!
Opening Act: Jack Kelly
Jack Kelly is a proper nice lad from up North.
In 2026, he came third in the prestigious Leicester Comedian Of The Year, a competition previously won (and lost) by some of the biggest names in comedy.
His sharp wit and affable charm makes Jack a big hit with mainstream audiences. British Comedy Guide says he has “hilarious anecdotes” and Bolton FM called him “an exceptional comedian”.
He’s written for BBC Radio 4’s Newsjack, has featured on BBC Upload, and his act was described as “very funny” by BBC Radio 2.

Fantastic comedy and the venue it's self is a great place. A little small but I do think that ads to the atmosphere and makes it more intimate.
