TweetComedy Hotspot is bringing one of the heats of British Comedian Of The Year to Sleaford, and you are in for a real treat. 9 comedians, each doing 10 minutes to impress you. After they have performed, you the audience decides which 2 acts will go through to the Semi Finals, keeping alive their chance of winning the title of British Comedian Of The Year and a cheque for £10,001.
Voting will be done using a QR code, so each person wishing to vote will need a smart phone. There will be a voting plan B for those who do not have Smart Phones or struggle with the whole QR code thing.
These are such fun nights, with you the audience playing a key role.
Why not eat before the show and take advantage of the lovely food on offer at Watergate Yar or The Yard Venue.
This show is UNRESERVED SEATING so arrive in good time to ensure your group are seated together.

As this is a competition, we respectfully ask that audience members make note of the following.
For the enjoyment of our audience, and to respect the acts who are competing, we will be running the show like a proper comedy club. So, we ask that audience members do not talk or heckle while acts are on stage. If an act speaks to you, of course, please reply to the. You can take plenty of photos, but we ask that you do not film any part of the show.
All audience members will be sat in the main seating area and not all areas of The Yard Venue will be available to sit in. This is to help us build the best possible atmosphere, and provide the best environment for the acts to perform.
A stair lift is available at the venue. Please ask for assistance on arrival.
