The organisation for seating was very poor, overbooked for the space, fire risk/escape hazard was poor, Needs better planning to accommodate the number of people. Not the fault of the venue but definitely fault of the organisers who should make sure the venue is ready and prepared as they have selected them, especially being their first for this type of evening needed better guidance
