Join us live from the Rhostio roof terrace* for top quality coffee, cocktails and comedy! A work-in-progress comedy show all about cocaine fuelled hook-ups, football hooligans, and musical theatre, as Andrew White reckons with his masculinity via the manliest medium of all – sincere autobiographical stand-up. Expect jokes and stories on everything from Elton John to Don’t Tell the Bride, and gay dating to charity shop fashion.

Jessie Nixon: DAMSEL
Jessie Nixon makes her mark with her debut hour of stand-up comedy, new work in progress show Damsel, a show exploring the allure of ‘being saved’, of not fitting the princess mould, and of ultimately granting yourself agency to save yourself. All this and more will shine through the prism of Nixon’s comedy craftsmanship in a rollicking and dynamic hour of jokes.
This promises to be a bombastic introduction from a debutant who has shown so much potential, with an impressive roster of awards and tour support under her belt including Lou Sanders and Fern Brady.

Excellent night of comedy! Fabulous host, lovely venue and both comedians were excellent! Wishing Jessie Nixon and Andrew White a wonderful Edinburgh Fringe. Looking forward to seeing more of them in the future! Also the crowd were friendly and welcoming, an excellent way to spend Monday evening!
