Excellent experience, good content thoroughly enjoyed it and for once at home it held my attention unlike other fitness classes I've tried before. I'll definitely be joining the class again. I'd recommend it to anyone of any fitness level it got me going. Thank you dee for a fantastic class xx

I really enjoyed it.It was great for my mental health cause we all had a laugh and Dee was excellent at motivating me to exercise.Definitely doing it again next week.You won't regret joining in,it's fun.x
