If you want to start getting fit but can't find the inspiration then this will be the best £3 you will ever spend!

Expect 40 mins of dancing laughing some exercise band work and banging tunes 👌🎶.

All you'll need is an exercise band (or not, just bring yourself) which you can buy online or from Amazon.
