TweetAs seen on BBC's Live at the Apollo, American transplant Spring Day provides dark comedy for nice people. Spring joined a Christian cult at 13 years old and left 13 years later. She's never talked about it before because she didn't think you heathens would understand. In this work-in-progress, watch her recount why she joined, and how she escaped a growing fundamentalist Christian community that had become her whole world. Expect one hell of a coming-of-age story about finding faith as Spring explores the nature of cults and the role they play in our everyday lives.

It was a brilliant evening and I will definitely come back with my friends! The comedy was great and loved the atmosphere. The only disappointment was that we weren't allowed to order snacks eg olives or chips which are available at the venue downstairs.
