Originally from Toronto, Michelle Shaughnessy is a stand up comedian who has made a name for herself across North America and now resides in the UK. Michelle is becoming a fan favourite all over the UK. She appeared at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2022. Her show “Be Your Own Daddy” was directed by Adam Hills. The Scotsman called it a “winning debut”.

She has performed solo shows at the Edinburgh Comedy Festival and the Winnipeg and Halifax comedy festivals and has appeared on The Comedy Network, W Network and the CBC.

Her debut album, “You Know What You Did”, hit number one on the iTunes comedy charts and her performance on Sirius XM’s ‘Top Comic Challenge’ received over 5 million YouTube views.
