Improv supergroup Hoof bring the UK's best improvisers to The Taproom in Islington.

**** HOOF ****

Hoof are the resident long-form improv group at The Taproom, one of London's leading comedy venues. Between them, they have: been in various house teams at top improv theatres Monkey Toast and The Free Association; performed at the Edinburgh Fringe, Latitude and Green Man festivals; appeared in the final of the Musical Comedy Awards; directed comedy shows for the BBC, Channel 4 and Comedy Central; produced programmes including @elevenish and Whose Line Is It Anyway?; and written for Armstrong and Miller, Cardinal Burns and The Inbetweeners. One of them is in the Guinness Book of Records for writing the most complained-about advert of all time.

**** GRAND THEFT IMPRO ****

Dylan Emery is co-founder of Olivier Award-winning West End, Edinburgh Festival and Radio 4 Impro Hit Showstopper and Ken Campbell-inspired hard-bardics masterclass, the School of Night.

Nell Mooney studied improv with the Upright Citizens Brigade in the US and has worked in London with the likes of Showstopper, The Free Association and Monkey Toast. Her screen credits include Hyde Park on Hudson, Enchanted and Law & Order.

Jessie Rutland is a member of Hoopla Impro's original house team 'Gämez', as well as 'Hat Trick: The Improvised Sketch Show'. Previously she has performed in interactive stage shows 'The Improvised Crystal Maze' and 'Fungeons & Dragons'. Jessie has trained with Hoopla, The Maydays, Lee Simpson, Showstopper!, and Patti Stiles.

Phil Whelans - writer and performer of his own Radio 4 sitcom, My First Planet, founder member of Pros from Dover - with whom he did two series of Radio 4's The Infinite Monkey Cage. Phil has worked with everyone from Joan Rivers to Basil Brush, Al Gore to Brian Conley, Robin Williams to Giles Brandreth, Chris Morris to Chris Tarrent.  Phil has been in It's Kevin, Brasseye, Preston Front and a number of unsuccessful radio and TV impro pilots.

**** SHRINKS ****

Alexander FoxAlexander is a comedian and improviser. He's been described as "excellent" by Jack Dee and "one of the most unique comic voices" by Theatre Weekly. He has written two solo shows, 'Ringo' and 'Snare', the latter featured as a 'Recommended Show' by The Guardian. He is also the creator of cult hit 'Shaken Not Stirred: The Improvised James Bond Film'.

Angus Dunican
Angus is an award-winning stand up comedian, actor and improv teacher. He lives, works (and daily plots your eventual downfall) in South London.

MONICA GAGA!!

Monica Gaga is a British-born black African queer improviser, facilitator, host and scripted actor and performer.

She trained in Community Theatre at East 15 Acting School, and her boundless love for improv stems from time spent at Second City in Chicago.

When she is not performing, hosting or teaching, Monica is championing diversity in improv and trying to get as many people, particularly POC, involved as possible.

As seen, heard and staged on BBC3, London Live, BBC History, BBC Radio London, Global Pillage, The Comedy Store, Hoopla Impro, Boulevard Theatre and more...
