The legendary Happy Mondays Comedy at The Amersham Arms brings you a Bonus Sunday show with a work in progress / preview from hilarious Joshua Robertson , a stand-up comedian, writer and actor. Joshua had a quad bike accident at 11 that left him in a coma for months and now lives with a physical disability. He was told he would never walk or talk again. Now, he is now a professional stand up, touring across the country and performing in the UK’s top venues. Star of BBC Three series "Amazing Humans" and the All4 series "Jokes Only Disabled People Can Tell." All hosted by your cheeky MC Sion James at the ever popular Amersham Arms.

Joshua Robertston : Enable Me  ( Work in Progress)
Joshua Robertson is a stand-up comedian, writer and actor. Joshua had a quad bike accident at 11 that left him in a coma for months and now lives with a physical disability. He was told he would never walk or talk again. Now, he is now a professional stand up, touring across the country and performing in the UK’s top venues.

Joshua started performing stand-up comedy at nineteen and has performed shows at Brighton Fringe, Camden Fringe and the Adelaide Fringe Festival. He has also been a support act for Tom Stade and Shappi Khorsandi.

Joshua featured in the BBC Three series, Amazing Humans, and the All4 series, Jokes Only Disabled People Can Tell. DAD JOKE, a comedy short film which Joshua co-wrote with David Abramsky and stars in, was commissioned by the BFI NETWORK and Film London. It premiered at the BFI London Film Festival.
