‘We’ll See’ Catie's critically acclaimed sell out Edinburgh show (4*) comes to North London for just two more dates. Catie explores how to deal with flashers, cope with a snoring husband who insists he isn’t snoring (or even asleep) and avoid being bullied by your own children. Plus how far into foreplay is it inappropriate to ask if the door is locked? How do you juggle work, family and healing generational trauma?

Also, a first run on ‘Chief Petty Officer’ for this work in progress, Vix puts pettiness in the dock, unpicking history’s pettiest moments - from empires collapsing through the coveting of a single stool to the British building and guarding a country spanning hedge to stop people smuggling salt, asking whether pettiness is always truly ridiculous, or if it can be revolutionary when applied correctly.

One slick hour, one absolute shambles of a 40 minutes - both destined to be entertaining.

About Catie

An award-winning writer, comedian, children's author and podcaster.

Catie co-created the smash hit Comedy-True-Crime Podcast 'Drunk Women Solving Crime' in 2018, with comedian and screen-writers Hannah George and Taylor Glenn. They have played to sell-out audiences across London and the Edinburgh Festival as well as the rest of the UK. Catie co-hosted until 2024 when she stepped down from the podcast, but still retains 33% of the rights for creating it. In 2022 the trio won a Writers Guild Award for their sketch, 'Remeber Getting the Period Talk at School #Menopause' staring Jenny Eclair.

Catie appeared on Jon and Lucy's Odd Couples, on Channel 4 in 2023. The TV show was hosted by Jon Richardson and Lucy Beaumont, and pitted couples against each other to be judged and analysed by relationship coach Charlene Douglas.

Catie has written for the BBC, The Independent Blog, New Humanist, Tantrum.xyz and Standard Issue Magazine. She has appeared on ITV4's Stand Up Hero and performed her own Edinburgh Fringe shows to sell out audiences, getting nominated for the NOTBBC Best Live Comedy Show.

About Vix

Her panel show podcast 'The Comedy Arcade' is both an audio success and compelling live show, picking up a nomination for Leicester Comedy's best podcast in 2021 and racking up sell out shows at Edinburgh Fringe five years in a row. Regular MC for pro nights including Red Imp Comedy, and Outside the Box, The Stand and Avalon weekender.
