About this event

Your acts at Alexander's Bar for the evening...

Kellii Taylor

“Hilarious” - Justin Moorhouse

“ A brilliant character act” - Alex Boardman

"Funny, original, and quite possibly mental” - Gary Delaney

Kellii Taylor is a hairdresser from the City Of Culture and stylist to the stars. She once did Rowland Gift’s mum’s highlights to name but one.

Winner of numerous awards in comedy but too humble to brag about them on promotional material.

Niall Clancy

“A giddy and excitable stage presence with bags of potential and a clear ability to write strong jokes” - The Laughiènda Comedy Club

'Show Us Your Thing' Podcast

This summer Niall got 10k views on TikTok, but also got his missus pregnant so he’s well used to things getting out of hand. He’s got one good joke about Wetherspoons and a few others that are useable. Niall will inspire you with his stories about TV Licences, trips to B&M Bargains, serial killers, and Popworld.

Andy Mitchell

"The first person that has made me laugh in 2 months" - Joe Exotic (Tiger King)

andymitchell_insta (Instagram) @meandymitchell (Twitter)

Andy Mitchell is a story-telling comedian from The Hudd (Huddersfield). Andy is perhaps best known for his friendship with Joe Exotic (currently incarcerated). Career highlights include interviewing The Red Power Ranger and asking Paddy McGuinness if he’d like to go to popular Bolton-based nightclub ‘IKON’ (now destroyed).

Freddy Asphalt

"Mischievous with lively and vibrant energy" - Charlie George

"Very naturally funny" - Meryl O'Rourke

Freddy Asphalt Lawyer at Law demonstrates that even the terms and conditions of Netflix can be funny, but most importantly he wants to protect your bum bum. Freddy is a mix of confusion, sweat, tears, and sheer energy. Gross.

***Now featuring MIRFIELD'S GREATEST EVER COMEDIAN - Jordan Hardy***

Hosted and MC'd by Tom Douglas (Rapping Deccys: Over 245,000 views, Don't Hate The Playas - ITV2, Winner - Gong Wrong, Series One).

Sheffield lad Tom is a Decorator by day. As well as being a very funny chap he's one half of the Rapping Deccys and one quarter of Sheffield band Spit 'n' Strings. If the music and comedy don't work out he can always get work as a Phil Mitchell lookalike. Expect a mix of sharp one liners, unique observations and a high energy performance.
