Wilson's Comedy Club SOUTH NORWOOD

WILSON'S COMEDY CLUBS are starting a brand new night at a hidden secret gem of a location! At the Croydon arena music venue, the home of Croydon fc, right next to the Croydon arena tram stop. 

Not one, not two, but THREE absolutely hilarious headline acts to get you rolling in the aisles! You will laugh until Your belly hurts, followed by the most soulful, sexy, uplifting house music you've heard in a long long time.
Deep house, tech house, vocal house and progressive house. Djs that aren't just playing music, they are FEELING music! The after party isn't about standing still looking awkward it's about letting go! Laugh, drink, dance and be free. 

First we have BEN NORRIS. 

Ben is a highly experienced and hugely well-respected stand-up. He’s been performing comedy since 1993 and is renowned for his incredibly relaxed stage persona and his innate ability to improvise as well as deliver sharply crafted material.

Ben’s TV credits include: “Mock the Week” (BBC 1), “The Comedy Store” (Paramount and Comedy Central), “Never mind the Buzzcocks” (BBC 2), “They think it’s all over” (BBC 2).

Next we have JOE JACOBS 

Joe Jacobs is a London based comedian, rapper and writer. His live shows effortlessly flit between hip hop and comedy and he’s been seen/heard on Channel 4, BBC Radio 4, BBC 6 Music, Radio 1XTRA, plus gained millions of viral video views online. 

On the live circuit, he’s a regular at The Comedy Store, Top Secret, Glee, The Bearcat, Up The Creek, Backyard Comedy Club, Covent Garden Comedy Club, Knock2Bag, Downstairs At The Kings Head, Banana Cabaret, The Distraction Club and many others.

He has provided tour support for acts such as Jamali Maddix, Dane Baptiste and even opened for Bill Burr at The Comedy Store in Hollywood.

His TV work includes Harry Hill’s ClubNite on Channel 4, Nazi Pug: Joke or Hate on BBC3, plus his viral rap track I’m Dog was featured on E4’s Rudetube.

KAZEEM JAMAL

Hailing from the vibrant streets of South East London, Kazeem is a powerhouse performer making waves across the UK and beyond. Bursting onto the London comedy scene in 2019, Kazeem quickly established himself as a hot prospect with his electrifying energy, razor-sharp wit, and undeniable stage presence. Kazeem recently showcased his comedic prowess on the flagship show Comedy Central Live, cementing his status as one of the most exciting new voices in stand-up today. As an in-demand compere and opening act, he has graced nearly every major comedy club in the UK and is now expanding his reach across Europe, winning over international audiences with his relatable, high-octane humor.

Wilson was the first ever Comedian to have a set featured on lad bible, was a finalist in the prestigious British comedian of the year competition and was recently heard on BBC radio 4s unsafe spaces.

From London to Lisbon, Manchester to Mumbai, Jesse James can be heard playing all over the UK & some of the worlds top venues,

Jesse James is a name that you will know, or at least should,
He is regular fixture in the capital, with a full diary for the rest of the year, things don't look like slowing down for this talented DJ!

Recently Jesse has been hard at it in the studio & in the last 5yrs has had no less than 10 releases in the top 100 download charts & has had club smashers across the globe. 2023 has seen him on the bill at some of the biggest dance festivals in the UK, including Creamfields north & south, plus numerous Ibiza dates and summer 2024 is already looking packed solid!

Jesse likes to play across the board, spanning all things house, he's love for what he does is clear, and one thing is for sure, as thousands of clubbers will testify, he's sets just make you want to dance!!
