The photo has been labeled as 'absolutely disgusting' by US Attorney General Pam Bondi, who expressed concerns about children potentially seeing the image. The DOJ is now conducting a full investigation into how this image was captured and why Time decided it was appropriate to publish without censorship.

Despite the backlash from the government and criticism from sexual health experts who argue that the image promotes unachievable body standards, Time Magazine is celebrating the cover as a major success. A member of Time's sales team boasted that the issue is 'flying off the shelves,' outselling competitors like Playboy and Maxim.
