In a bizarre twist of events in San Diego, a group of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents decided to drop a negative review after raiding a local restaurant. The raid, which resulted in dozens of employees being taken into custody, didn't deter the agents from expressing their dissatisfaction with the service. According to Benny Romero, the owner of Romero's Bar and Grill, the agents barged in unannounced with weapons drawn, demanding a table for eight without a prior reservation. 'They had the nerve to complain about slow service after 75% of my staff was taken away,' Romero stated. He further explained that the agents left a one-star review, criticizing the lack of a proper greeting at the host stand. However, as Romero noted, the chaos was partly due to the agents themselves setting off a flash bomb during the busy lunch rush. The food, he admitted, might have been cold because all the cooks were in an unmarked van, but the servers would have gladly reheated it if someone had loosened their handcuffs. To top it all, the agents seemed to believe they were exempt from paying the bill just because one of the busboys resisted arrest. Meanwhile, a Homeland Security investigation concluded that the agents followed the proper protocol when an order of enchiladas is missing sour cream.
