Bunnings has introduced a new camp chair, humorously named the ‘England Middle Order’ chair, which is inspired by the Bazball cricket strategy. These chairs are designed to collapse at the slightest pressure, drawing a playful comparison to the English cricket team's tendency to crumble during crucial matches.
According to a Bunnings spokesperson, the chair aims to make packing up a campsite as effortless as an England cricket team's collapse on day two of an Ashes test. The spokesperson jokingly added that no brute strength is required, as the chairs fold under the mere weight of expectation.
The chairs also feature a voice-activated disassembly option. Campers can simply whisper ‘good length ball outside off’ to see the chair fall apart instantly, making it both a functional and entertaining addition to any camping trip.
Additionally, Bunnings plans to release a ‘Stokes Optimism Esky,’ which humorously promises to leak immediately yet assures users that everything is fine.
